The owner of the vehicle must dislike my "Tuesday Two" theme so much that he/she has to let me know by selecting the above license plate. If you disagree with my theory, what do you think the message "NOT TWO" was about? (You might already notice that I am such a boring person with no interesting hobby that I just go around and capture images of specialty license plates.) Do you have a specialty license plate?
