TUESDAY TWO - CLWN4-2
I took the photo of the above license plate because I saw the number 2. Now I don't know it would be fitting for the Tuesday Two series because there is also number 4. Would any smart readers be able to tell me what "CLWN4-2" stands for? I have been trying to solve this mystery without any luck. (Sorry, no prizes for this contest, just bragging rights!)

The number "4" in this case is probably supposed to be viewed as an "A" . CLWN is just CLOWN with the O removed. So it's CLOWNA which sounds like CLOWNER, someone who clowns around or make frequent jokes. 2 is probably TOO. So, maybe the message is "You think you are funny? I am a funny person, too."
