It was late afternoon when we stopped by and there was no one at the outdoor gallery. We walked around admiring the beautiful art work. The price tags were pretty stiff, in the hundred and thousand of dollars. Poor folks like us could not even afford an eagle on a keychain.
According to the website www.dahlschainsawart.com, the artists, in their late 20's are known as "Brothers who Carve their Names in Wood". The gallery is located 2 miles from Mount Rushmore. If you love woodwork, make sure to stop by when you are in the area.
